1990-ish - (Sorry for the video quality) Kempo 6 Kata w/ breaks within the flow of the kata

I was the "breaking demo" guy. I'd seen so many static, stand and breathe/hype preparations, "creative breaking" that was little more than the same breathe/hype preparation done at multiple stations. I contend that the opponent won't let you do that, and you should be able to break as if it were in the flow of a fight. Having seen "Slaughter in San Franciso" with Chuck Norris where he is doing the Tang Soo Do version of Pinan Godan(5) and does a board break within the kata, it sparked an idea.
