3 Simple Ways to Defend Grapple and Slam Attack. This week we look at Defending the Front Bear Hug when the guy wants to pick you up to slam you. This is the quickest and best way to defend yourself against a front bear hug attack that surprise you. A common fighting technique also known as a pick up and slam in a street fight. Our technique is a very simple trick that can make a difference for your self defence ability.
How to get out of a grappling hold requires good posture and control of your own body. Basically don’t let the bad guy pull you around if you want to escape especially from a larger attacker.
