5-MIN AB WORKOUT FOR MARTIAL ARTS (FOLLOW ALONG!)

Follow along this core workout for martial artists. Demonstrated by Oliver "The Future" Enkamp (pro MMA fighter, UFC, Bellator) at Combat Academy in Stockholm, Sweden. Each ab exercise lasts 20 seconds with 10 sec rest between. Total training time 5 minutes. Do as many rounds as your abs can handle.
