Seidokan Saturday 297, MOVE!!

By World Karate Federation on

Last week, from Ron Nix Sensei on my "accuracy" video (Seidokan Saturday 296), getting ahead of my theme, said. "Here’s the problem…. 😳 It’s a CAT and MOUSE game. The roles will change throughout the situation. Who’s going to make the first mistake? 😱 On the flip side, my job is to make my opponent be as inaccurate as possible. The question is… HOW? 1. Being MOBILE is step one! Don’t stand stationary… if you do it normally ends badly for you. 2. Move your head! A moving target 🎯 is much more difficult to hit than a stationary one. 3. Use ANGLES… angles are very useful. Making you a hard target." - https://utahseidokankarate.com/ https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063505665000 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8NaMwTRvYXOn1OzoAhSJIw/
