Seidokan Saturday 306, basic sprawl drill w/ kids

One of the most basic and effective defenses against a double leg takedown or "tackle" is to sprawl. The legs are forcefully kicked back and the hips pressed forward and heavy.
This is a beginning drill for the kids. It's one of the first, early practises to introduce the sprawl.
