Seidokan Saturday 308, Toide - adjusting and moving

By World Karate Federation on

We often do the same with toide/tuidi as with ippon kumite, that is, we do techniques as a one off. Frequently ignored are the changing conditions of the flow of live combat. That requires transitions and adjustment. There are many "flow drill" type exercises, or in some cases, merely catalogued movement from one technique to another. But like judo, at a certain point, a form of "randori" or free exercise is helpful to find realistic transitioning of control techniques. - https://utahseidokankarate.com/ https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063505665000 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8NaMwTRvYXOn1OzoAhSJIw/
