Teaching Spinning Back Kick in 5 MINUTES to Muay Thai! Ushiro Geri

Everybody loves a good spinning back kick but its difficult to give you a good spinning back kick tutorial when I am simply teaching a camera... so what does this mean?! Time for me to teach someone who isn't used to spinning attacks yet! I take my Muay Thai instructor, Josh Brackett, and teach him a taekwondo spinning back kick, or you could call it a spinning side kick, or a spinning rear kick, or an Ushiro Geri, or whatever your heart desires to call it. This is a quick 5 minute race against the clock to teach a spinning side kick tutorial. I also do a kick break down afterwards in slow motion!

This could be classified as an ITF back kick, a wt taekwondo back kick, a Karate Ushiro Geri, or funny enough you can even find this kick in Muay Thai!
