Unfortunately, you see it a lot in fight sports, sparring partners beating each other up in sparring. Sparring is meant to allow you and your teammate to grow and get better at as athletes and work on game plan NOT to win. That's what fights are for. I believe it is crucial to understand what sparring should look like and how it is meant to be used to get better not get beat up. I hope y'all enjoy the video.
